_In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs._

As a Senior System/Application Sales Engineer - S&D (Sustainability & Decarbonization) located in Tokyo, Japan, here at Honeywell Advanced Materials Japan, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and growth of our HFC/HFO refrigerant solutions in the S&D business. Tokyo, with its vibrant business environment, will serve as your base to effectively collaborate with customers and partners, understand their needs, and provide technical guidance and support. Are you ready to make a significant impact and drive the growth of our S&D Fluorine Products business in Tokyo, Japan?

You will report directly to our General Manager and you'll work out of our Tokyo location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the growth and success of our S&D business by:

- Developing and executing sales strategies in the S&D market, collaborating with customers and partners by technical discussions & support

- Providing technical guidance and support to customers, industry stake holders and partners in the development and delivery of sustainable and decarbonization solutions

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners in Japan

- Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future

+ Develop and execute sales strategies in the S&D market, collaborating with customers and partners by technical discussions & support

+ Provide technical guidance and support to customers and partners in the development and delivery of sustainable and decarbonization solutions

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers , industry stake holders and partners, in Japan

+ Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the S&D market in Tokyo

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future

**YOU MUST HAVE**

• Bachelor's degree or technical college degree in Engineering or Chemistry

• Proven track record of success in sales engineering roles

• Communication skills in technical discussions

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers and partners

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

**WE VALUE**

• Engineering or Chemistry degrees

• Desired experience in HVAC, Automotive thermal management or refrigerants in multi-national environment
