Camp Theme: Healthcare Career Exploration, Skills BuildingGrades: 9th, 10th, 11th, 12thCamp Description: The Tuba City Regional Health Care Corp High School Exploration Program (TCRHCC-HSEP) is a summer program aimed to expose students to careers in the health care field through clinical shadowing at Tuba City Regional Health Care in Tuba City AZ. It’s a 4-week program running from June-July in which students participate in shadowing and mentorship at Tuba City Regional Health Care, as well as a residential camp experience at Northern Arizona University. Camp Theme: Career ExplorationGrades: 6th, 7th, 8thCamp Description: The Career Exploration Camp offered by the Southwest Technical Education District of Yuma (STEDY) and the Yuma Arizona Business and Education Coalition (ABEC) will offer 160 middle school students the chance to explore various career pathways.Between STEDY’s central campus and the University of Arizona Yuma, campers will learn firsthand about digital animation, mental health, law and public safety, medical assisting, sports medicine, agriculture and food science and nutrition and human performance.
