**Position Overview:**

Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements. This role requires good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Operate in a manner to meet Honeywell HS&E goals.

+ Promote, participate in and support HOS/Lean Manufacturing

+ Adhere to all site and departmental HS&E policies and procedures.

+ Function at a level where minimal errors are made, and a high output of quality work is produced while operating safely.

+ Utilize the “Q-Stop”/Non-conforming process if a quality defect is suspected or identified.

+ Keep proper, accurate, legible, neat and up to date records.

+ Display ownership and sense of urgency in meeting the department’s daily objectives.

+ Strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work while Demonstrating the ability to create and improve standard work.

+ Ability to wear a full-face respirator.

+ Must be able to work 1 st , or 2 nd shift

+ Perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced chemical environment, that include- counts & weights against documents, handling and packaging of various chemicals, maintaining area cleanliness.

+ Learn & perform all operations involved with prepping, sampling, bottling and packaging of products.

+ Safe handling of hazardous chemicals.

+ Participate in the label double check process.

+ Assist in the dumping of non-conforming materials.

+ Be willing and able to cross train in production area filling large containers that contain 200 liters of solvent.

+ Must be willing and able to back fill for the CPOIII position including scheduling, planning, leading others, learn SAP label making.

+ Assist in the development and training of new personnel.

+ Supporting the Safety Structure Process by completing APT’s (Accident Projection Technique), JSA’s (Job Safety Analysis)

+ Utilizing the “Safety Stop” procedure if a job cannot be started and/or completed safely.

+ Actively participate in the continuous improvement process (Kaizen/PDCA programs)

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum of 1 year of work experience

+ Ability to lift a maximum of 35 lbs.
