As a Lead Field Service Technician, HVAC here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and support to our customers. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Boise, ID location. In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring that our devices operate efficiently and enhancing customer trust and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of load control devices installed to residential HVAC equipment.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interaction

• Maintain inventory of load control devices and field supplies

**YOU MUST HAVE**

• 2+ years of experience in field service or technical support.

• Journeyman HVAC License

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment related to service and repair.

• Ability to provide on call support

• Driver's License with a clean driving record

**WE VALUE**

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic computer skills
