Contracts Lead

As a Contracts lead, you handle all facets of contract formation and contract management including drafting, interpretation, negotiation, contract review, and administration of complex customer agreements. You ensure that final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with respective approval processes and Honeywell business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws.

The Contracts Lead will have a significant impact on Honeywell's contract management function and overall business operations. By effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, this role will ensure that Honeywell operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and protecting the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide independent and objective contract evaluation as well as experienced advice and sound guidance to various functions, as applicable

+ Advising internal stakeholders of contractual rights and obligations and providing interpretation of terms and conditions

+ Focusing on the continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance

+ Collaborating with various teams and functions at multiple sites, ensuring organizational effectiveness and standardization

+ Supporting the maximization of cost targets and cash flow while minimizing risk in the negotiation of contracts

+ Contributing to the development of strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring provision of top class service and high customer satisfaction

+ Ensure compliance to internal policies and procedures in contracting, including Gold Contract Standard

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 6+ years of experience OR 4 years of experience + JD/MBA

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
