The Manager of EMEA Benefits Delivery will be responsible for managing delivery channels and operations for Global HR Services and outsourced service providers in the areas of Retirement, Savings, Healthcare and non-core benefits services across EMEA at Honeywell. This position will oversee daily administration for all the above programs based on policies and plan rules to ensure compliance, will lead administrative process improvements, and manage suppliers to applicable scope and service level agreements.

The Manager of EMEA Benefits Delivery will define and implement service strategies to optimize the customer experience while delivering on operational efficiency. This position will report to the VP, HR Services – Global Payroll & Benefits. This role can be located in UK, Romania or Czech Republic.

This role needs to be able to flex between strategic vision, benefit compliance, and operational management. Frequent interactions with senior leaders, Finance, HR Business Partners, and members of the HR Centers of Excellence are expected. You will have the responsibility for spearheading a “right and fast” process experience for all internal customers. This leader will partner with their regional teams to identify opportunities to leverage best practices to manage and facilitate the regional benefit delivery model to drive business results.

**Responsibilities Include**

+ Ensure that the end-to-end operational performance meets or exceeds business objectives, and customer issues are effectively resolved.

+ Partner with HRS functions, HR, C&B COE, and Legal to align administrative processes to policy changes.

+ Provide leadership for implementations related to all required benefits change initiatives, strategic initiatives, legal changes, new benefit offering implementations, vendor implementations/transitions and annual process.

+ Partner with C&B to operational global and regional benefits strategies to meet organizational objectives of maximizing supplier performance and increasing productivity,

+ Manage and lead 6-10 direct reports.

+ Manage productivity and cost by optimizing HGR and suppliers and continuously moving the work to most efficient channels maximizing self-service.

+ Continuously monitors the industry, partners with the C&B COE, Legal and other functions while anticipating impacts to benefits delivery and drives appropriate recommendations and process changes.

+ Oversees all administration contracts with service providers and ensures timely negotiations and procurement process, leads RFP and supplier selection to continuously manage cost and service improvements.

+ Oversees financial audits and regulatory filings on all Honeywell plans ensures timely and compliant submissions with no delays and penalty.

+ Oversees benefits integration activities for M&A and divestitures. Partner with C&B COE to determine the most optimal ways to integrate benefits programs of acquired companies to meet M&A requirements and timelines. Develop and make recommendations on way to implement M&A in an effective manner.

+ Ensure delivery trends analysis, recommendations, and execution on process improvements to improve productivity and service delivery to continuously improve HUE, Quality and Speed.

+ Partners and provide guidance and/or support to HR, Payroll, Finance, C&B, and HRS Ops, where applicable, on benefit administration and impact as a result of HR policy or process changes initiated by other areas, legal changes or as required to ensure a complaint and effective administration of benefits across the board.

+ Provide leadership in close partnership with the Comp and Ben COE to launch new products, services and policy changes including benefit program standardization, vendor changes or consolidation, acquisitions, divestitures and new product services, policy changes and changes due to ratified contracts or legislation, transition of benefits plans from legacy providers.

+ Provide leadership on a broad range of specialized benefits reporting support for the Honeywell financial management, audits, filings and reconciliations and dealings with regulators and auditors thru the required filing procedures.

**Must Haves**

+ Bachelor's degree

+ 3+ years of benefits plan administration and supplier management experience

+ Solid project management experience in a benefits or HR-related field

+ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines

+ Excellent computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (Visio a plus)

+ Strong negotiation and influential skills

+ Experience leveraging technology for communications and processes

+ Excellent analytical ability with exposure to accounting, finance, budget preparation, or benefit reporting
