As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes at our designated site. You will ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of production workers, manage resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production operations.

By ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed, you will contribute to the success and growth of the company. **KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
+ Supervise and motivate SMT production personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance management
+ dentify areas for improvement in the SMT process, implement changes to enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
+ Manage materials, equipment, and other resources within the SMT production line.
+ Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment within the SMT area.
+ Work with other departments like engineering, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure smooth production and resolve issues.
+ Ensure that products meet quality standards, troubleshoot quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and implement best practices to optimize production processes
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ 2+ years of experience in production supervision or a related field.
+ Experience in managing production teams and processes.
+ Strong knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, and quality standards (e.g., IPC-A-610).
**WE VALUE**
+ Experience in SMT and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) programs and creating reflow profiles
+ Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
+ Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
+ Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.
