**Job title:** Financial Analyst for Solstice AM APAC
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Set up and enhance financial reporting mechanism
+ Perform full P&L planning, analysis, and projection.
+ Support daily operations, and provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency.
+ Support monthly closing activities.
+ Support AM APAC finance leader on annual STRAP and AOP activities.
+ Support and lead ad hoc projects.
**Qualifications:**
+ Solid background in finance/accounting.
+ Strong analytic, integrative and problem solving skills.
+ Effective communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with all levels person and good cross function collaboration.
+ Strong business acumen, demonstrated business partnering skills.
+ Results oriented with strong process improvement mindset
+ Work well under challenge, high working pressure and tight schedule.
**Skillset:**
+ English: good in reading and written; Listening and oral can be acceptable.
+ Bachelors in Finance or Accounting, MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
+ Working knowledge of SAP, HFM, Microsoft office, knowledge of pricing is a plus.
