As an Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell UOP, you will have the opportunity to join our Refining & Petrochemical division in Seoul, Korea. You will lead a project valued at US$15-100+ million from start to finish, ensuring the timely delivery of fully assembled modularized units. Your role will involve overseeing or managing the construction team for the installation of these units globally. As a key member of the project execution group, you will interact directly with peers and leaders, showcasing your multitasking and problem-solving skills in a visible position within our global business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

+ Leading project engineering, management, and customer interface of control system projects

+ Managing projects from initiation to completion, including system fabrication, acceptance testing, and operating manual creation

+ Participating in discussions between Modular and Customer as requested by the Project Manager

+ Ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with established guidelines and procedures

+ Communicating key project decisions to stakeholders

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Meeting budgeted hours, planned schedule, and agreed-upon quality levels on assigned project work

• Communicating with the project manager on changes to budget, schedule, or quality level

• Checking the work of others for technical accuracy and compliance with established guidelines and procedures

**YOU MUST HAVE**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in EE or Chemical Engineering

• 8-10 years of equivalent work experience

• Multi-tasking abilities and strong communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Ability to travel 10% globally on an annual basis

**WE VALUE**

• 12+ years of experience preferred

• Process Control background is desired

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
