**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Design, develop, and implement scalable Teamcenter PLM architectures tailored to meet business needs.

+ Define and document solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and best practices for Teamcenter implementations.

+ Lead all phases of Teamcenter PLM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment.

+ Ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, and other enterprise systems.

+ Architect solutions for complex integrations, including BOM management, Change Management, CAD integrations, and workflows.

+ Optimize existing Teamcenter environments for performance, scalability, and usability.

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.

+ Translate business objectives into technical designs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

+ Establish PLM standards, governance frameworks, and compliance policies to maintain system integrity and security.

+ Perform system health checks, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system

+ Deliver training sessions to stakeholders to drive system adoption and proficiency.

+ Stay current with Siemens Teamcenter advancements and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes.

**Required Qualifications :**

+ 8+ years of experience in PLM systems with a strong focus on Siemens Teamcenter.

+ Proven track record in implementing and managing large-scale Teamcenter PLM projects.

+ Deep knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules (e.g., Active Workspace, BOM, Change Management, Workflow Design), and customization.

+ Expertise in Teamcenter integration with Upstream CRM/CPQ (Salesforce) and ALM (Polarion) systems and downstream Design Automation (Rulestream, SAP Product Configurator) and ERP (SAP, Oracle)

+ Strong proficiency in programming and scripting (e.g., C++, Java, ITK, RAC, BMIDE).

+ Expertise in PLM-ERP-MES integrations, particularly Teamcenter-SAP interfaces.

+ Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management processes in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial machinery.
