As a Director Business Development here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will lead and manage a team of business development professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

In this role, you will impact encompassing strategic leadership, revenue growth, market expansion, lead generation, strategic partnerships, sales strategy, market research, team leadership, performance measurement, risk management, cost optimization, strategic planning, and fostering an innovation culture. Your role is instrumental in driving business growth, maintaining a strong market position, and achieving organizational success.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or related field

+ Strong network of industry contacts and ability to build and maintain relationships

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

+ Strong leadership and team management skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

+ MBA or equivalent preferred

+ Proven experience in business development or sales leadership roles

+ Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

+ Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
