**Where You Will Work **

Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you’ll engage in virtual collaboration as well as attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or at one of our site locations. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration. In-person attendance may vary based on the position and department requirements.

**What You Will Do**

+ Lead project teams to deliver impactful training solutions that align with company objectives

+ Design, implement, and manage a broad spectrum of instructional technologies—including Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, mobile platforms, and in-classroom technologies

+ Evaluate existing materials and identify new trends in learning to develop cutting-edge instructional content

+ Develop comprehensive point papers, learning documents, and engaging presentations

+ Deliver briefings and formal verbal presentations to stakeholders and leadership

+ Mentor and train Instructional Designers and Instructional Designer/Developers II

+ Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail, timelines, and results

**What You Bring To Freeport**

+ High School diploma or equivalent **AND** a minimum of **10 years** of professional experience in face-to-face, online, and/or blended learning design and development

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Learning, Curriculum Design, Information Systems, Media Design & Development, or a related field **AND** a minimum of **5 years** of experience in face-to-face, on-line and/or blended learning design and development;

+ Master’s Degree in one of the above fields **AND** a minimum of **3 years** of relevant experience

+ Proficient in English with strong oral and written communication abilities

+ Demonstrated success in working collaboratively within cross-functional teams

+ In-depth knowledge of contemporary learning and development models

+ Familiarity with a wide range of educational technologies and their effective implementation

+ Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Content Management Systems (CMS)

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ At least five (5) years of experience in face-to-face, on-line and/or blended learning design and development

+ ATD certificate or equivalent in Project Management

+ DACUM Level I Certification

+ Demonstrate proven skills to influence others without the benefit of authority

+ Experience with various course design methodologies and learning evaluation tools

+ Experience assessing needs, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating learning and education methods in a mining environment

+ ASTD or Langevin Instructional Systems Design Certifications in eLearning Design and Development and/or Multi-Media Design & Development

+ Knowledge of and/or ability to develop eLearning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline

+ Ability to travel 25% or more

**What We Offer You**

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$73,500-$101,000.** This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
