Sr Sales Representative

As a Senior Sales Representative – you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include, developing and executing strategic sales plans, meeting/exceeding your quota, and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Your expertise in sales in the OT space is critical.

You will report directly to our Sr. Sales Manager for Cyber and you’ll work on a fully remote work schedule (inclusive of 50% travel). This role will be supporting the LATAM territory and is a preferred permanent residence for this employee.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Meet/exceed your territory Quota

+ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements

+ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ 5+ years of sales experience – industry may vary, the right experience transcends the industry, preferably an industry that needs the security

+ It is a quota based position

+ 3+ years of OT cybersecurity experience – (Operational Technology)

+ Detail: OT cyber exp says it all, selling OT Cyber, familiar with IEC62443 (Industry standard for security around security)

+ Studies: any background as long as it includes a hunter profile vs farmer

+ Intermediate English proficiency
