Live-In Caregiver, $500/week in pay PLUS private 540 sq ft one bedroom apartment for FULL TIME LIVING w/ expenses and groceries paid. Working hours split with a caregiving team (consisting of 2 additional caregivers). THE "ON" DAYS FOR THIS POSITION ARE THURS, FRI, and SAT, plus errands as needed.

We are looking for a live-in-caregiver to provide assistance to my mom who is in her mid-70s. This position is to provide assistance with all ADLs - meal prep, taking blood pressure, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers. She has significant weakness on one side from a prior stroke. Caregiver must be physically capable of safely transferring an approx. 140 lb woman w/ gait belt. Position is to assist her in her personal residence throughout the day, provide companionship, and transport/accompany her to/from appointments as needed (physical therapy, nails, hair, family events, etc.). Private 1:1 care. Because of the personal nature of the job (toileting/bathing), FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY.

$500/week in pay, provided private 540 sq ft studio apartment, covered utilities, provided food/groceries, cell phone, and auto repair reimbursement. This is a LIVE IN position where a significant portion of compensation is in the form of tax-free room and board. Apartment is provided for the caregiver's full-time regular residence (apartment is NOT shared with the other caregivers). Must use the provided apartment as regular residence. The only assigned "on" working days are Thurs, Fri, Sat. Responsible for my mom during the day and to be "on call" by remotely monitoring her via a motion detection baby monitoring app on Thurs, Fri, Sat nights. Employee housing only. No pets. Relief coverage is provided via two other caregivers who also reside on site in separate apartments and cover the other four days/week. Scheduled hours are split between the caregivers. Errands, grocery shopping, and additional help as needed. Position is in a great neighborhood in central Scottsdale. Looking for the right long-term fit!!

Pay/Compensation
- Compensation package consisting of:
- $500/week in W2 pay
- PTO and sick time
- Covered living expenses including:
• Private fully furnished 540 sq ft studio apartment with private entrance, kitchen, and washer/dryer in unit. EMPLOYEE HOUSING ONLY; NO PETS.
• Utilities included/provided (electric, water/sewer/trash, internet, streaming TV)
• Supplied groceries/household supplies for Caregiver’s personal use (large on-site grocery area stocked with a variety of items)
• Provided cell phone (iPhone)
• Reimbursement for approved auto repair expenses up to $50/month

Job Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have ability to pass background check and screen for illegal drugs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
- Must be ok with friendly dogs
- Must have 2+ years professional caregiver experience
- Must be reliable, dependable and on time
- Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations
- Must have reliable vehicle (for use in occasional transport of my mom)
- Must be able to safely transfer an approx. 140 lb woman with a gait belt
- Must be able to live in provided employee housing full-time
- Must work well in a team/group environment
