**Responsibilities**

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for coordinating comprehensive patient care for assigned individuals, ensuring care is tailored to meet age-specific needs across the lifespan. This role involves assessing patient data, interpreting information to identify individualized care requirements, and delivering care in alignment with established policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide holistic patient care, ensuring age-appropriate interventions based on assessed data and patient needs.

+ Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles to deliver safe, effective care.

**Qualifications**

+ One year RN experience in an acute care Maternal Child setting required. ***Position is not currently able to support training RN's without 1 year of Experience.**

+ Current California Registered Nurse License

+ Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support- within first six months of employment into the position.

+ Neonatal Resuscitation- within first six months of employment into the position.

+ Basic Arrhythmia- within first six months of employment

+ Basic Fetal Monitoring within first six months of employment.

**Pay Range**

$50.46 - $65.86 /hour
