Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a **Manager Test Lab Fabrication 1** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be **located in Melbourne, FL**

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ Planning and managing work priorities and deadlines, overseeing adherence to company/government policies and procedures, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.

+ Managing technical risk, cost, and reporting regularly to Lab Test leadership team on performance.

+ Leading a team of test professionals to support Lab build, configuration, documentation, and scheduling to meet program requirements.

+ Annual procedure updates and audits to meet company/government requirements.

+ Professional interaction with all levels of company leadership customer representatives is required.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of related work experience or High School Diploma and 9 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree

+ Must have 1 year minimum experience with lab development/operations

+ Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government a government secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.

+ Must be willing to work various shifts depending on the business needs.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM)

+ Experience working on Military Test Programs

+ Previous experience with lab/ground test operations

**Salary Range:** $112,200 - $168,200

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
