**Responsibilities**

Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with outpatient clinic guidelines and operations. The Clinical Supervisor for Clinic operations will oversee the clinical staff and will have accountability which includes the function of planning and development of clinical competencies and education. Training of all new clinical staff. Assist in the development of clinic educational programs for patients and staff. Collaborative decision making with Clinic operations Manager and Director. All other job duties as assigned by clinic Leadership.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum requirements:**

+ Five (5) years of experience in patient care.

+ 2 Years clinical experience in an Outpatient clinic setting.

+ Bachelors of Science Nursing Degree.

+ CA RN License CPR required.

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

**Pay Range**

$34.50 - $44.29 /hour
