Dignity Health Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital is a 104-bed not-for-profit hospital located in Grass Valley California. The hospital has been providing compassionate quality health care to residents and visitors of western Nevada County since 1958. **Responsibilities**

The Cold Food Cook performs selected and delegated cooking and clerical tasks pertaining to the operation and maintenance of the Nutritional Services Department.

**Qualifications**

Required:

+ Ability to learn basic therapeutic diets. Ability to use recipes and production schedules

Preferred:

+ Previous food experience

+ Computer skills

**Pay Range**

$23.72 - $31.01 /hour
