We are seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineer in the Longview, WA area.
The primary focus is to provide continuing service support for Honeywell’s QCS platforms used in Pulp and Paper in the Washington and Oregon areas.
Key Responsibilities
+ Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Support maintenance of customer's for various Honeywell Quality Control Systems.
+ Troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems.
+ Perform sensor verification and calibration.
+ Publish critical reporting to customers including Monthly Performance, Results Reports, Correction Action Reports.
+ Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensures customer satisfaction through oral and written communication.
The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Honeywell QCS platforms and Electronics.
+ Read and understand technical drawings.
+ 1 year of experience using Basic Windows and Microsoft Office experience.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining Honeywell QCS Platforms and MD and CD Control packages
+ Capable of verifying and calibrating sensors as well as possessing a working knowledge of sensor operations and correctors.

+ Capable of developing new PMS for existing and new products as knowledge is acquired.
+ Design/Engineer solutions to prevent reoccurring problems as knowledge is acquired. Capable of writing, reviewing, and / or editing various types of technical reports.
+ Able to conduct formal meetings with customer management personal.
+ Capable of evaluating control effectiveness as knowledge is acquired.
+ Knowledgeable of system architecture and operations as well as applicable database items needed for basic maintenance and calibration.
+ Project a positive and confident attitude focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
+ Backgrounds in Process Control Systems, Information Technologies, or military.
+ Experience with other vendors QCS platforms and equipment.
+ Familiar with Honeywell Distributed Control Systems.
