The Honeywell Learning and Leadership Development team is looking for a Sr. Learning Specialist to deliver on our mission to infuse best in class leadership habits and behaviors within Honeywell employees, providing a robust pipeline of ready now leaders across the company.

Our team exists to drive and deliver on strategic culture initiatives and leadership development experiences that enhance the Honeywell behaviors across the globe and support succession planning efforts to build a strong leadership pipeline.

We are looking for a team member for a versatile role responsible for program management and operational leadership of Honeywell’s key leadership programs. This role will design and drive processes to effectively support in-house leadership development programs, with a focus on successful planning and implementation to ensure the best customer experience while driving efficiency and effectiveness across the learning team. The Senior Learning Specialist role is responsible for program managing key leadership development programs, including managing key partner relationships that may be highly visible to Senior Leadership, more complex, or involve multiple stakeholder groups. The role also involves effective project management, learning design/development, and facilitation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Learning Solutions that support the overall Learning organization and compliment the efforts of the broader Talent Management organization

• Drive Learning Experiences that enable organizational growth, sustainable learning, and talent development

• Project manage programs through implementation of the program MOS

• Drive continuous improvement across programs and processes

• Build Relationships and Broker Services

• Exhibit Technical Knowledge

• Support the enterprise-wide communications for all leadership development programs

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop learning objectives

• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids

• Deliver training programs to employees at all levels of the organization, both in-person and virtually

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and metrics

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or a related field

• Strong instructional design skills and experience developing engaging and interactive learning materials

• Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
