Working within a 24/7 environment. Will provide field support for 3 airports in Dade County, FL. Main responsibilities in Miami International Airport. 3rd shift position. Tues-Sat 10pm-6amKey Responsibilities

+ Field support tech will test and inspect fire alarms.

+ Document all findings, develop reports to customer.

+ Issue service tickets.

+ Will be standing/sitting long durations. Use ladder

+ Will be required to complete a 12-hour training and certification course in addition to on-the-job training.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ High School Diploma, or equivalent.

+ Valid Driver's License.

WE VALUE

+ Previous field service experience.

+ Associate or bachelor's degree.

+ Computer skills- MS Office, documentation experience.

+ Previous technical/installation experience

+ Previous customer service experience

+ Good written and oral communication
