**Practice & Compensation Details:**
+ General GI consults with APP support
+ GI service line currently consists of 12 Physicians and 12 Advanced Practice Providers
+ **RVU based comp: Earning potential up to $1M (current experienced GIs at 90%)**
+ **Value Comp up to $60K/year**
