In this role, you will supervise a team of individual contributors who maintain and repair manufacturing equipment. You will leverage your maintenance experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented maintenance mechanics. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in the Honeywell Geismer production facility. Through collaboration with cross functional teams and the Honeywell Operating System (HOS), you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.Key Responsibilities

Lead plant maintenance program

Lead project teams

Supervise maintenance technicians and mechanics

Resolve technical issues

Equipment troubleshooting

Drive productivity improvements

Enforce compliance

Drive culture of continuous improvement

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.s in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related role.

Extensive knowledge of mechanical repair.

Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment

Strong guiding and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Excellent communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of maintenance best practices and reliability-centered maintenance strategies. WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, Mechanical Engineering Degree is preferred.

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean.

Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
