You’ll work out of our **Phoenix, AZ** location. This is a new position and so it will be key to engaging all lab functions in order to develop a robust and sustainable management Operating System (MOS) that adds value to our labs, improves efficiency, and reduces cost. A successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of organization and coordination skills. These will be required for this position and team to be successful.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Managing the calendar for the Sr. Director of ETS

+ Event planning for ETS

+ Office supply management

+ New hiring on-boarding support

+ Travel planning and expense reports when needed for the staff

+ CARS requests (site access)

+ Facility / site tour planning & support

+ Tracking key asset location and status (e.g. our golf carts and lab trucks, etc.)

+ Peripheral support for the VP of E&PS Engineering

+ Responsible for supporting relationships with customers, suppliers, internal resource providers, and E&PS leadership

+ Coordinates with peer leaders across Aerospace Technologies as needed

+ Creates an environment where individual and team accomplishments are valued and rewarded. Intellectually challenges using innovation and creativity

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Associate’s degree or equivalent post-high school education that provides knowledge of business administration, coordination, planning. 3 years of related experience is acceptable in lieu of an Associate’s degree.

+ Demonstrated spirit of ownership through the interview process

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Applications—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
